2-Day Surf Retreat: April 4-6, 2025

Rough schedule: 

Arrive Friday night and unwind with a slow yin yoga class, followed by dinner at the house and time to connect with your fellow retreaters. 

Saturday will be welcomed with a sunrise yoga class, followed by making our way down to the beach for our first surf session of the weekend. This session with will be filmed for our later surf analysis session, so every wave will be captured. Board and wetsuit hire is included in the surf sessions and the sessions will be lead by the awesome coaches of the Margaret River Surfing Academy. Even if you've never surfed before, don't worry! We will cater our lessons to your needs and ensure everyone's safety. The lessons are typically run that each guest will get one to one time with a coach who will help them choose a suitable wave and push them into it (although they will be less hands-on if the guest prefers to work on their skill of catching waves). We typically surf beginner reef breaks like Grunters and Huzzas (please google these breaks to get an idea). If the surf is too big or rough we will surf whitewash, but this rarely happens. We then will go to lunch, followed by our surf analysis session and then a fun introductory surf training session held by SmoothstarWA. Some free time will follow and then we'll head to a group dinner at one of Margaret River's local restaurants. 

On Sunday we will hit the surf again, followed by a final group lunch before packing up and heading home.
